You may return any unopened weight-loss products within 15 days of purchase, for a refund (less 25% restocking fee). Opened products are not subject to refund. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange. We cannot process your return or exchange without this information.

To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMAN. The RMAN must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMAN.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a delivery confirmation method to ensure proper delivery.
After the shipping department receives your return, it takes up to 2 business days to process a refund. A credit will be issued specific to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement, if applicable.
