I've been using this product for one week and already dropped 5.3 pounds. Although, this product does drastically reduce appetite, I still fell thirsty and I always have to have something with me to drink. I assume that can serve its purpose assuming that people drink lots of water. I do notice increase of energy as well as the ability to perspire much faster with barely doing anything.
