I am usually ok during the day. I have a good breakfast, and a healthy lunch. But when I come home from work all I want to do is eat in front of a TV. No matter how much I tried, I would always end up eating too much of what I am not supposed to eat at all. Now, I take Glucomanax, and I feel full. I am not constantly thinking about food. It is easier to eat smaller portions and to eat healthy. I think it is probably one of the best products I have ever tried.
